About Rose

The Reverend Dr. Rose Boon is the founder and director of SSMM with over 30 years of experience in life-coaching, discipleship, pastoral counseling, and conflict resolution. She has proven insight in finding the deep roots of destructive behaviors in relationships.

Rose’s passion developed over the years as God continually sent people to her who needed help; she became aware that He was, at the same time, teaching her how to bring healing to each one individually and personally.  She became increasingly mindful that there are no “cookie cutter” processes, even when hurts and issues may seem the same.  Dr. Boon has continually observed that healing and results are always different as God works and moves with each distinct personality.

Dr. Boon is the wife of a retired Navy Master Chief, a mother, and grandmother.  She has a Masters of Science degree focused in remedial reading, and social and emotional disorders from the University of Minnesota and a Doctor of Ministry, Christian Counseling from Logos Graduate School.  She is an ordained Deacon, a trained facilitator for Elijah House Prayer Ministry, a qualified practitioner in “Walk Thru the Bible—Train the Trainer” as well as many others.  She serves at Go To The Nations as a trainer and minister.

Rose says:

“I have been through great blessings and extreme traumas far beyond anything I could have imagined years ago growing up in the north woods of Minnesota. Through it all, I’ve learned to trust that God will use every bit of it for His glory.

I believe God has given me wisdom so that I can share with others needing guidance, direction, and healing through life’s hurts.

My passion is to ignite in individual believers their life’s passion, and then guide them along the path, to live the fullest in Christ Jesus.”
